Brandywine Ballet Performers Share Favorite Desserts – Mingle With Them At The Nutcracker Tea, Dec. 15

Though two dates have already sold out, there are still openings for The Nutcracker Tea on Saturday, December 15th (Dec. 8th & 9th have sold out) so be sure to join Clara, The Sugar Plum Fairy and other characters of Brandywine Ballet‘s The Nutcracker for a special brunch full of party delights. There will be plenty of tea sandwiches, fruit, cookies and favors for all attendees to enjoy!

Guests are also welcome to mingle with The Nutcracker performers who, PA Eats discovered with a little foodie prying, are each uniquely fond of their own tea party bites. The performer selections, which range from Lauren Oeste’s obsession with cupcakes and ice cream to Emma Yasick’s excitement for brownies, will not necessarily be found at the December 15th Nutcracker Tea but the Brandywine Ballet can assure you there will be plenty of tasty treats to enjoy while the event unravels at the Library of Philips Memorial Hall (adjacent to Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall).

So whether you’re fond of cheesecake like Alexandra Kutsubos or can’t live without cookies and candy covered marshmallows like Laeren Sekela, there will certainly be something for everyone to enjoy at the post-performance party.

No time for the performance but would love to mingle at the tea party?

Keep in mind The Nutcracker Tea can be enjoyed independent of the performances, or as a performance/special event package. Simply select Nutcracker Tea from the drop down menu when buying tickets, and it will be added to your cart or purchase it separately via the link below. Cheers and, remember, pinkies out!
