assortment of sweet cooked onions in a rich brandy mushroom broth, with an herb crouton and fresh grated Reggiano cheese
a rich combination of seasonal fresh shellfish served in our classical cream based chowder
Second Course
gorgonzola cream, Belgian endive, watercress, radicchio, hazelnuts, & white balsamic vinaigrette
Third Course (choice of)
mushroom and roasted tomato ragout
served atop a saffron infused lobster sauce with green goddess mashed potatoes, winter vegetable sauté and crab remoulade
grilled petite Filet and pan seared herb lump crab cake, black truffle peppercorn and tarragon sauces, herb potato gratin and butter poached asparagus
