Cafette Celebrates New Year’s Eve, Hosts Four-Course Tasting for $50

If you’re looking to mix things up this year and spend New Year’s Eve in an environment with both delightful food and delightful company, then look no further than Cafette of Chestnut Hill. assortment of sweet cooked onions in a rich brandy mushroom broth, with an herb crouton and fresh grated Reggiano cheese
Mussel and Oyster Chowder
a rich combination of seasonal fresh shellfish served in our classical cream based chowder
Second Course
Caramelized Bartlett Pear Salad
gorgonzola cream, Belgian endive, watercress, radicchio, hazelnuts, & white balsamic vinaigrette
Third Course (choice of)
Spinach Risotto Stuffed Mushroom Cap
mushroom and roasted tomato ragout 
Pan Roasted King Salmon
served atop a saffron infused lobster sauce with green goddess mashed potatoes, winter vegetable sauté and crab remoulade
