It’s time to crank your seafood servings up a notch and just in time for fall family dinners. Sure, the guests and your usual crew are fans of salmon, but there are only so many times they’ll bite into that same recipe, smile and share kind words about your culinary creation. The potential behind this common light fare is far to big to ignore. That’s why Chef Chad Jajczyk of Ella’s American Bistro has decided to host a Fall Cooking Demonstration Series, which kicks off August 28th at 6:30 p.m. for $95 per person (wine pairing, tip, and tax included).
Chef Jajczyk promises to be on hand so you can learn his new and innovative ways to serve the healthful fish, plus he’ll share beginner cooking do’s and don’ts. The class also includes a four course menu showcasing techniques learned in the class and perfect paired wines.
The August Salmon Demo will cover everything from farm vs. wild, beginner sauté techniques, smoking, searing, and even moussing. Chef Jajczyk plans on teaching a variety of ways to break the boring out of the standard preparations.
The demonstrations will continue to occur on a monthly basis and, while not every attendee receives their own kitchen to cook in, Chef Jajczyk will pay utmost attention to each and every question, provide useful tips on how to do everything at home, share where the best ingredients come from, and even discuss the best uses for leftovers!
Ella’s American Bistro is located at 214 Sugartown Rd., Wayne, PA. Call 610-964-3552 to reserve your seat before it’s too late!
