Perhaps it’s in honor of National Ice Cream month or maybe because Paramour’s Pastry Chef, Amelia Dietrich, has a big time crush on ice cream. It shouldn’t matter to you, really. As long as you know that this August, Paramour promises refreshing, house-made artisanal ice cream as the perfect finish to any summer meal.
Dinner guests will be treated to complimentary samples of Chef Amelia’s sensational flavors in miniature cones. Each innovative ice cream flavor will also be available for purchase in “to-go” containers, either in pint size offerings or four 3 ½ oz flavor mix-packs for $6.00.
“I’ve always had a passion for ice cream and I really enjoyed creating these playful pairings” says Pastry Chef Amelia Dietrich. “There’s no better way to cool off than with a tasty summery treat that’s perfect for all ages.We’ll be serving fun, unique ice cream and our featured flavors will continue to change throughout the month of August”.
Chef Amelia guarantees refreshing and imaginative flavors such as the Love Hangover with Guinness, Strawberry and Marshmallow; Secret Breakfast with Bourbon and Corn Flakes; Ashley (not Dolley) Madison with Avocado, Coconut, Honey and Lime, or Power Couple with Strawberry and Basil. Flavors will change frequently, and new ice cream flavors will be posted on Paramour’s Blog and Facebook.

Lunch is offered Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.; dinner is served Sunday through Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Wednesday and Thursday 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. An all-day dining menu is available in the bistro bar, lobby lounge and on the Veranda from lunch through dinner service.
