Wyebrook Farm Announces First Farm Dinner with Chef Jonathan Adams of Philadelphia’s Pub & Kitchen

Fans of Wyebrook Farm have been rooting for this for quite some time.

A farm dinner on the 355-acre oasis of sustainable agriculture that Farmer Dean Carlson created in Chester County is almost too beautiful to even think about. When the actual evening unfolds at Wyebrook Farm with the talented Chef Jonathan Adams of Philadelphia’s Pub & Kitchen, the experience may bring a tear to your eye. This unforgettable dinner, taking shape on Sept. 22, will feature Wyebrook-pasture raised meat and produce grown right on the property, as well as from neighboring farms.

The night will kick-off at 7 p.m. as guests arrive and are greeted by passed hors d’oeuvres with a complimentary glass of champagne. Not long after, an exquisite five-course dinner from Chef Adams will follow. Diners couldn’t ask for a better seat in the house as the dinner will unfold on the top floor of Wyebrook’s historic 18th-century refurbished barn, which offers panoramic views of the farm’s bucolic pastures.

Throughout the evening, as guests are seated together at 12-foot-long reclaimed wood tables dressed in candlelight, they will have the opportunity to chat with Carlson and Chef Adams about the dinner they are enjoying.  The dinner will be BYOB so be sure to bring your favorite beverages that will pair well with some of the following items from Chef Adam.

Wildflour Bread and Farm Made Butter

Beef Tartare with egg yolk puree, ratatouille and crispy rice paper

Heirloom Tomatoes with late summer beans, preserved peaches and chicharones

Wyebrook Porchetta with roasted squash and Castle Valley Mill polenta

Doe Run Farm “Hummingbird” & “Seven Sisters” Cheeses served with bay leaf honey

Lime Leaf Custard with graham cracker crumble

Cayenne Chocolate Truffles

The dinner is $80 per person, including tax and gratuity. Seating is limited to 40 guests and reservations are required. Those who would like to make a reservation should email [email protected]. Advance payment is required for all reservations.
