David Mantelmacher’s mod-American Plate in Ardmore’s Suburban Square closed up shop following a 10-year run on Saturday, April 20.
Mantelmacher has commissioned auctioneer Barry Slossberg to unload a majority of the “like new” fixtures, equipment and furnishings. The inventory includes—but is not limited to—dining room furniture (bar stools, dining room wood tables and chairs, custom bar and bar back unit) and high-quality kitchen gear (Bally walk in refrigerator & freezer, Wood Stone oven, Blodgett oven, 3 KitchenAid mixers, Fortessa bone china).
