All that the Chester County Food Bank accomplishes could not be done without the help of volunteers, so on March 28, the Food Bank is holding a volunteer appreciation event and open house to thank those who donate their time to this excellent organization.
All are welcome to attend the Volunteer Appreciation and Open House at the Chester County Food Bank from 9 a.m.–noon. There will be plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including cooking demos, a scavenger hunt and a gardening activity. You’ll be able to meet agency partners and farm partners and get an inside look at the work the Chester County Food Bank has done in the past and continues to do.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the food bank and take part in some family-friendly activities. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated at this event.
