Appropriate for diners hitting up the local BYOB hot spots of Bridge Street, Black Walnut Winery of Chester County recently announced that come early August, they will open up a tasting room and wine supply store on the counter of Gay and Bridge, underneath the new Bodies by Pilates studio.
Not yet reaching their one-year anniversary, the nearby winery already received a bronze medal at the 2010 Pennsylvania Farm Show for their Chardonnay 2007 and another bronze win at the 2010 Pennsylvania Wine Competition for their Merlot 2007.
Focused on developing the balance of aromas and flavors in their wines, which now boast 17 blends, and identifying tones and tastes approachable by many palates, the winery strives to enhance a guest’s experience, from the amateur to the connoisseur.

UPDATE: Black Walnut Winery appeared at Bodies by Pilates’ Red Carpet event on July 16 sharing a sneak peek of their samples. Hope you all were about to snag some of your own sips to anticipate Phoenixville’s new addition!
