This Friday, August 13, 4 to 6 p.m., one of Chester County’s premiere beer shops, Exton Beverage Center, will continue their regular offering of beer samplings, but this time Brooklyn Brewery’s in the house.
Guests are invited to swing by the local distributor and slurp a wide variety of the Williamsburg-based brewing company. Notorious for their core brands, like their Pale Ale, Pennant Ale and Brooklyner Weisse, and their seasonals, like the Summer Ale and the Pumpkin Ale, the standout beers from the outer-New York borough are well worth your drinking gambles.
Most recently, Brooklyn Brewery’s Brewmaster Reserve series released the Sorachi Ace, which successfully cashes in on the trend of single varietal beers. In this version, the brewing company makes use of a Sorachi Ace hop that is achieved through a hybrid developed two decades ago by Sapporo Breweries, notable in subtle lemon flavor.
