The first winner of our newest Dish site will receive a $50 gift card to Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant of Media and a two complimentary Wine and Chocolate Tastings (a $50 value) at Penns Woods Winery!
Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant’s Media location is one of nine of the local brewpub family, with other locations found through Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. This local brewing operation is manned by repeat Great American Beer Fest winner Bob Barrar (meet him here), who continues to wow locals with full-flavored, distinctive craft beers that are always a perfect match to the informal new American cuisine of the State Street hub.
Penns Woods Winery, of Chadds Ford, is an award-winning, family-run member of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail. Winemaker Gino Razzi, and his daughter, Carley Razzi, produce one-of-a-kind wines from 100-percent Pennsylvania-grown grapes. Their tasting room in Chadds Ford provides an all-around vineyard experience, and offers must-attend pairing events throughout the year, including February’s six-course Wine and Chocolate Tastings with John & Kira’s artisan creations.
