Paris Bistro to Host a James Beard Foundation Tribute to Georges Perrier (Nov. 11)

Save the date for the James Beard Foundation tribute to Georges Perrier at Paris Bistro & Jazz Café. Aptly titled “Paris Celebrates Perrier,” this six-course dining event will be filled with an eclectic array of culinary options, perfectly paired beverages and, most importantly, a tribute to one of the most well-known and celebrated names in the culinary industry. Paris Dinner On November 11, Chef Perrier’s protégés will come together to create a meal like no other. This dining adventure will feature dishes created by Al Paris (Paris Bistro/Heirloom), Kevin Sbraga (Sbraga/The Fat Ham), Nicholas Elmi (Laurel), Pierre Calmels (Bibou/Le Chéri), Chip Roman (Blackfish/Ela/Mica/The Treemont) and Robert Bennett (Classic Cake Company). Paris Bistro’s sommelier, Wendy Wolf, will choose the wine accompaniments for the evening.

The bar will be open at 5:30 p.m. with the Champagne reception and silent auction beginning at 6 p.m. In addition to applauding the accomplishments of Georges Perrier, this event will also raise money for the James Beard Foundation and help add to the Foundation’s scholarship fund. Tickets for this event are $295 per person, which includes the six-course dinner, wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
