Cooking Classes Coming to Diane’s Kitchen in April

Sometimes you are looking for a fun, but different, night out with just the girls. Sometimes you want to give someone a gift experience instead of a typical present. Sometimes you want to randomly show another person just how much they mean to you. Diane’s Kitchen in Exton has the perfect offering to help you out with those “sometimes.”

Diane, who’s been in the restaurant business since she was very young, will be presenting themed Cooking Classes throughout the month of April. There are two chances to enjoy these splendid and one of a kind educational dining experiences for only $65 each, so make it a point to attend at least one of them. With an amazing meal and cooking class in one, you just can’t beat it!

The first class will be held on Saturday, April 14 from 1 to 4 pm. The menu for that night will feature Italian Potato Croquette, Arugula Salad, Homemade Cannelloni with sauteed broccoli rabe, and Italian Espresso Custard.

The second class will take place on Saturday, April 28 from 1 to 3 pm and the menu for that particular day consists of Italian Fish Stew as an appetizer, Mixed Greens Salad with a Citrus Vinaigrette, Mushroom Risotto with asparagus, and Sweet Ricotta Pie for dessert. If you couldn’t tell already, Diane has a strong Italian influence from her mother’s cooking lessons growing up.

Both classes are BYOB and have limited space so you are advised to reserve your spot (or spots) as early as possible. Private classes with personalized menus are also available upon request and dinner menus without an instructional class can be arranged as well. If you’re completely convinced, make your reservation by calling 610-506-8655 or e-mailing [email protected]. Arrive at 503 Hather Road on time and ready to eat what you learn! Don’t be alarmed by the tidy ranch house appearance; you’re at the right spot!
