Ship Bottom Brewery Premiere Slated at Pinocchio’s Beer Garden, Feb. 1

ShipBottomStoutRemember when PA Eats’s Jim Breslin spoke with Rob Zarko from Ship Bottom Brewery? Their in-depth chat about Rob’s “garage brewery” included a mention of the craft beers debuting at Pinocchio’s Beer Garden in the near future. The near future is now.

Brewer and Founder Rob Zarko will be on site Friday, February 1st from 7 to 11 p.m., premiering his brand new Ship Bottom Brewery sips. This is the first time Ship Bottom’s beers are commercially available anywhere so it’s a must attend event. Rob will have Wooden Jetty Barrel-aged Stout, Shoobie Pale Ale, and Imperial Pumpkin Ale available on draft.

ShipBottomWhiskeyBarrelsWhile some may be weary of new-to-the-scene brewers, Rob’s creations are no joke and his stouts are even aged in barrels from Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. The Bristol based distillery just happened to nab a Good Food Award this year for their Pennsylvania product. Plus, just ask the die-hards who attended the Ship Bottom preview party at Pinocchio’s a while back or Jim Breslin who sipped on some samples at the Brandywine Valley Craft Brewers Festival. These craft beers are phenomenal and  you deserve a taste. See you there?
