We’ve been anxiously anticipating the opening of some new restaurants in Eagleview Town Center for some time and are pleased to know that both Al Pastor and Bella Vista will be opening their doors in December.
The two restaurants are the brainchild of Stephen Starr restaurant alums Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich.
Al Pastor is a modern and approachable Mexican restaurant and bar with a cantina feel. The plan is to serve many types of mezcals, tequilas, Latin wines and fresh juices. The kitchen will focus on cool fresh ingredients and sharp flavors.
Bella Vista is an Italian-American twist on the trattoria concept. Expect handmade pastas, New York-style pizza using long-fermented dough and high-end ingredients, a few sandwiches, classic cocktails and tantalizing sweets. The wine list will be Italian-focused.
The restaurants will be next door to each other and share a kitchen.
Job applications are currently being accepted for all positions at both locations. Visit the restaurants’ job fair on Thursday, October 20, and Friday, October 21, from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. at 566 Wharton Blvd. in Exton.
