We hinted at the arrival of a new Phoenixville brewing company last month; this month we’re pleased to announce the opening of Root Down Brewing Company.
The new spot opened its doors this week and is now serving up a menu of brews just in time to quench that summer thirst, including Stay Gold golden saison and New Beginnings American pale ale.
In between sips, grab some items from the food menu, including biscuits and butter, bratwurst, pulled pork sandwiches, pulled chicken tacos, veggie wraps and much more.
Current hours of operation are Tuesday–Thursday from 4–10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.–midnight and Sunday from 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
