Every Fourth of July, Downingtown residents come together at Kerr Park to celebrate America’s birthday and Good Neighbor Day all at the same time.
In addition to enjoying a day outdoors socializing with neighbors, Good Neighbor Day attendees can take part in Big Wheel races, canoe races, a bike decorating contest, live music, vendor shopping, crafts, amusements and more.

Earlier in the day, there will be fun running and walking events, such as the 39th Annual Run for Life, 22nd Annual 5K Freedom Walk and the 24th Annual Kids-K Fun Run.
The evening’s events will also include a beautiful fireworks display at dusk.
