Food writer Michael Klein of Philly.com is a frequent special guest host on the show, dropping by for his recurring segment, The Michael Klein Report. Each week, he examines a different topic, providing an insider’s look at local culinary news and food and restaurant trends.

Matthew Siegmund, Executive Chef at Wyndridge Farm

Next up will be an interview with Matthew Siegmund, executive chef in the kitchen at Wyndridge Farm, known for serving serving local, hand-cut meats, produce and spices as well as fine international cheeses. Chef Matt will share his journey to becoming a chef, and give listeners a taste of what he’s got planned for the menu at Wyndridge. He’ll also give us the scoop on his popular themed Chef’s Dinners, including the upcoming “Dinner in Provence” dinner in August.

Emily Kovach, Editor-in-Chief at PA Eats

There have been some changes afoot at PA Eats, including the departure of our longtime managing editor Michele Kornegay, who will be dearly missed. Michele recently passed the baton to Emily Kovach, who we’ll get to meet during a brief on-air interview. She’ll discuss her background and introduction to PA Eats, as well as some memorable meals and her favorite current food trends.
