Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Franklin will guide guests through her portfolio of award-winning Glenfiddich Whisky, including the Glenfiddich 12 Year, 14 Year and 15 Year. The evening will also include a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres from Davio’s executive chef Ted Iwachiw, including:
Gorgonzola-stuffed dates with bacon
Ricotta crostini with truffle honey
Kennett Square wild mushroom arancini with an herb aioli
Smoked salmon grissini with olive oil
