New Experimental Tasting Series Debuts at Philly’s 10 Arts at The Ritz-Carlton

The chefs at 10 Arts at The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia are getting even more creative with their new experimental tasting series this summer. Starting on Thursday, July 24, and occurring every other Thursday into the fall, chefs Matt Hiebsch and Stephen Wilson will entertain 10 guests at the 10 Arts communal table with a different theme at the forefront each week.

The first theme of the series, on July 24 (coincidentally, National Tequila Day), will be “Tequila.” What will be served is up to the creative culinary artistry of the chefs. For $75 per person (excluding tax/gratuity), guests will enjoy five courses with five beverage pairings.

In addition to the culinary options, guests can enjoy a live video stream from the kitchen so they can watch the chefs in action. Beautiful Blooms will ensure that the table décor perfectly coincides with the theme of the evening.

When you attend this one-of-a-kind tasting series at 10 Arts, be prepared for a five-course pairing menu but also some surprises throughout the night as well. Dinners start promptly at 7:30 p.m., so don’t be late for this fabulous theme dinner. Reserve your place at the 10 Arts table by contacting Catherine Lamb by phone at (215) 523-8000 or via email at [email protected].
