America reaches a monumental milestone in 2026 with its 250th (or, semiquincentennial) birthday. As the site of so much of the country’s foundational history, Pennsylvania is ready to celebrate! For any patriotic festivities you might partake in, this colorful stars and stripes charcuterie is right on-theme.
Berries, meats, cheeses, tomatoes and crackers make for a spectacular flag-shaped arrangement with just the right mix-and-match balance of sweet, salty and savory. You can fill any gaps with optional red, white or blue additions like blue corn chips, cherries, tomatoes, raspberries, mozzarella pearls, crackers and other PA Preferred® ingredients.
This lovely charcuterie is a show-stopping appetizer and a tasty tribute to the nation’s history.
