We often hear just how lucky we are to be able to write about and photograph the ever-changing food scene around us. Whether we’re out and about in the city, jet-setting to Western PA or celebrating all the goodness that lies right underneath our noses in Chester County, we’re sure to document it and tell the best story we possibly can. And that’s exactly what we did at our most recent trip to The Gables at Chadds Ford. Chef Dave managed to keep our taste buds on their toes with his latest menu rollout. And for that, we thank him.
