BIG news at Mica: Chef Chip Roman’s friend and mentor Chef Georges Perrier will be taking over the restaurant from May 7 through May 11!
Chef Perrier, who’s taking a diversion from his recent retirement, will be creating several of his signature dishes for a la carte and tasting menus, with Chef Roman and the Mica staff following his command for the week. Items will range from $10 to about $30 and you can spy the menu below.
