Heirloom Announces Third Chef Collaboration Dinner, Featuring Farm & Fisherman’s Josh Lawler

Heirloom — Nina Lea PhotoCelebrate “Buds, Blooms and Wild Asparagus: A Culinary Journey into Spring” at the third installment of Heirloom‘s Chef Collaboration Series. The one-night-only event, to be held on Wednesday, April 24, will be showcasing the talents of Chef Josh Lawler of The Farm and Fisherman as well as Chef Al Paris of Heirloom.

Chef Lawler’s accolades include being named a 2012 James Beard semifinalist for “Best New Restaurant” in America. He was also recently nominated for Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine. His passion for sourcing high-quality local and sustainable ingredients will be on full display in the five-course prix fixe meal planned for the evening.
