The main event is set to unfold February 28 and feature dishes from the area’s best restaurants, as chosen by Philadelphia Magazine Food Editor Jason Sheehan. However, there’s plenty to enjoy before the big day since Foobooz will be hosting several tasting tours each night from February 25 to February 27.
