In celebration of Día de los Meurtos this weekend, chef Nick Farina of Union Taco and Verdad Restaurant and Tequila Bar will be whipping up a special culinary treat for diners to enjoy. The chocolate-chile fried chicken is the specialty for the weekend and one you simply cannot miss.
This entrée features battered and deep-fried chicken breasts and legs seasoned with guajillo pepper, chile sauce and Mexican dark chocolate shavings.
