Swarthmore Co-op Hosts First Annual Food Truckathon, Nov. 2

Who doesn’t love a food truck? Fast, fresh, and affordable. Swarthmore Co-op is inviting several rolling boxes of food fun to Lincoln Way and Meyers Avenue for a celebration of all those qualities. The First Annual Food Truckathon will take place adjacent to the Swarthmore Co-op on November 2nd at 5:30 p.m.

On this First Friday in November, you won’t have to travel all the way to Philly for some of your favorite food trucks because they will be coming to you! Vendors like Foo Truck, Birds of Paradise, Mesa Fresh, Made In The Shade, Good Spoon, Zsa’s, Street Food Philly, and more! Each truck has been selected because of their sustainable business practices, which makes this extra special event even more unique.

Better yet, the Truckathon is a BYOB event with live music and a fire pit. Attendees are encouraged to bring family, friends, and appetites! Something tells us people won’t have a problem with the latter of the three.

Join the coolest co-op on the East Coast, who just celebrated their 75th Anniversary, and their friendly crew for this one of a kind event and you’ll quickly realize why they’ve been around for so many years! See you there!
