So how does Mark Fusco’s invention work?
You crack an egg in a bowl, place Pluck over the yolk, squeeze the silicone chamber, and release to suck the egg yolk up into it. Give Pluck another squeeze to drop the yolk and move onto the next egg. If you’re separating multiple eggs for an egg white scramble or angle food cake, Pluck can handle that too! It holds multiple eggs in its chamber to save you time. When finished, the user can separate the two pieces and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher.
