Brandywine Valley Wine Trail Introduces “Checking In” Incentives if Using Foursquare and Facebook Places

Millions of socially-connected, world-wide users turn to foursquare every day to explore their local turfs and keep note of all the places they have visited from day-to-day. Whether checking out a new restaurant or visiting a favorite store, users are sharing their activities and loyalty with their social network, earning “badges” and points along the way, and better yet, tons of specials and incentives!

Lucky for locals, the wineries of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail have teamed up to offer all trailblazers incentives for “checking in” at their winery, and whether you log into foursquare or you prefer checking in on Facebook’s Places, you should take advantage of these saving.

Starting next weekend, July 8 and running through August 14th, if you visit a winery and “check in” that you are there, you will nab the following savings:

BLACK WALNUT WINERY:  Free Tasting

CHADDSFORD WINERY:  Free Tasting

KREUTZ CREEK VINEYARDS (West Grove location only): 15% off purchase of 3 bottles or more, WG only

PARADOCX VINEYARDS:  15% off of any wine purchase

PENNS WOODS WINERY:  10% off next purchase

TWIN BROOK WINERY:  Free Tasting

In order to claim any of the above incentives, please show that you “checked in” to the winery’s staff on your phone, whether you are in the tasting room or simply purchasing some of their prized wines.
