Now through August 31, Glenmorgan Bar & Grill and Chef Michael Luongo are serving up a special Grill and Chill Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu!
Menu offerings start with choice of Grilled Romaine Salad with black bean corn salsa, roasted cherry tomatoes, chipotle ranch dressing and fried onions or Strawberry Fields Salad with strawberries, blueberries, wheat berries, red onion, feta cheese, baby spinach and balsamic vinaigrette. Moving onto the main course, Chef Luongo will feature Grilled Pork Chop with spicy mustard, apple butter and watermelon radish slaw; Grilled BBQ Salmon with soda jerk BBQ sauce and shrimp fried rice or Steak Frites with herbed butter, chimichurri and truffle fries. Finally, three succulent dessert choices await to finish the meal: Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae, Tres Leches Whipped Cream and Berries or White Chocolate Mango Cheesecake.
Guests can enjoy this special dinner menu every night of the week for $29 per person. Opt to complement the three-course meal with a glass of El Coto Rioja Crianza or El Coto Rioja Blanco for $9 glass or $34 bottle or with a Brooklyn Pennant Ale ’55 for $6. For an extra treat, enjoy this delightful summer far on Glenmorgan’s outdoor garden patio. Dinner is served Monday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m.
