Get Tickets: Super Local “What’s for Dinner” Event with Kimberton Hills (Jan. 31)

Coming on the heels of the success of its first “What’s for Dinner” event last fall, Camphill Village Kimberton Hills is launching a series of three seasonal dining events in 2015. The first will be held on Saturday, January 31, from 6–10 p.m. Camphill Village Kimberton Hills has access to superb, high-quality local organic foods, most created or grown in the community. Supporters will have a chance to dine at the Camphill Café while learning more about how and why they and other local producers create the food they do.

The menu for the evening will be local, seasonal and biodynamic/organic, boasting foods grown and produced directly at Kimberton Hills and its neighbors. Food and drink purveyors participating in the event include Chef Seth Williams of the Landis Store Hotel, Kimberton Hills Dairy, Sankanac CSA, The Farm at Doe Run, Secret Garden Herb Garden, Hobo Ed’s Artisan Coffee Roasters, Sweet Water Baking Company, Cucina Verde Fermented Foods, Susan Bacus Morgan and her dazzling desserts and Sly Fox Brewery.

Tickets for the event are $100–$125 per person, as you are able. Reservations can be made online or by emailing [email protected] by Monday, January 19. Proceeds will benefit Camphill Village Kimberton Hills, a nonprofit community. Spaces are limited, reserve now!
