Fan of the sweet stuff? Then you don’t want to miss a Chocolate Demonstration Class at the Cooking Spotlight with Gail Warner of Bridge Street Chocolates! The class will be held Sunday, April 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Gail will be sharing her expertise as she takes participants through the whole spectrum of chocolate—from discussing the different types of cocoa beans and tasting an actual bean through working with cocoa butter transfers and chocolate tempering techniques. And of course, plenty of chocolate sampling will also be involved!
