Operation FOCUS to Host 2nd Annual FOCUS Food Festival, April 6

Sample food from Phoenixville’s most popular restaurants and specialty food shoppes at the upcoming FOCUS Food Festival, to be held April 6 from 5-8 p.m. in the Phoenixville Area High School Cafeteria. Fans of sweet treats will be able to indulge in goodies provided by Taylor Quay, a Culinary Arts Student from the Technical College High School, Pickering Campus.

Lots of fun for the whole family is planned for the event, with musical entertainment  provided by Josh Granese and Kellina & Chris Holt. A basket raffle, Phillies tickets raffle and face painting for the kids will also be part of the fun. Kids can meet and have their pictures taken with Winnie the Pooh, The Cat in The Hat, and Minnie Mouse.

All proceeds benefit the FOCUS 2013 Post Prom Celebration. Operation FOCUS is a nonprofit organization, under the umbrella of Phoenixville Community Education Foundation (PCEF), made up of parent volunteers who provide a safe after-prom celebration for Phoenixville High School juniors and seniors.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children ages 6–18 (5 and under free). Purchase tickets for the event at the link. Limited additional tickets will be available at the door the night of the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Note: Consider bringing loose change to contribute to the Mom’s House of Phoenixville‘s Baby Bottle Fundraiser. Each family that brings change will receive 1 free raffle ticket!
