Sure, Sly Fox Brewery and Restaurant’s location of Phoenixville packed up their entire stop and relocated to a bigger and better location in Maple Lawn Shopping Center back in April, but there’s always time for a beer-infused party.
And, although this celebration is occurring much later than Sly Fox expected it to (they say that’s what happens when you’re selling beer as fast as you can make it, and sometimes faster than you can make it), they’re geared to premiere an ultimate grand opening celebration.
This weekend, August 6-8, their Grand Opening Party will let loose with 23 beers pouring until they go bone-dry. But, if you are familiar with the new brewpub, you know they only have 20 taps, which means in addition to their regular roundup, all three of their handpumps will be up and running, as well.
Besides beer aplenty, specials will reside all weekend on the menu, including summer-appropriate O’Reilly’s Stout Ice Cream Floats. Music will too flood the Rt. 113 building Saturday night, 7 to 11 p.m., with the local Irish band Celtic Spirit performing live.
