The Latest Update on the Rams Diner—Opening Soon in West Chester

Rams Diner

Rams Diner in West Chester is in the final stages of its transformation from previous tenant La Tolteca. With a health inspection last Friday, owner Adbul Elkhouly said the finalization of his staff and other finishing touches are the only things standing between now and the grand opening. Elkhouly plans to open some time during the week of October 18–24.

On the edge of the West Chester University campus, Rams Diner will provide free Wi-Fi for all customers as well as electrical outlets at booths to encourage students to complete assignments and grab something to eat at any hour.

Rams Diner will be the fourth such establishment in Chester County owned by Elkhouly and his brother Ragab. Their other ventures include the Double D Diner in Coatesville (owned for 15 years), the Lions Share Diner in Exton (owned for nine years in January 2016) and the Downingtown Diner (owned for 3 years), which was made famous in The Blob movie.
