Need a place to cool off from this summer’s heat? Try the Antique Ice Tool Museum. Learn about the history of the forgotten ice trade by following the footsteps of the “ice man.” The journey includes the process of ice freezing, storing and transporting to the consumer. Ice tools, trucks and more are all on display at a beautifully renovated barn. Chill out on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m.–12 p.m., or schedule your own tour on the museum’s website.
The Antique Ice Tool Museum is located at 825 Sconnelltown Rd. in West Chester.
