Join Vincenzo in his “laboratorio” Thursday evenings from 7:30–9 p.m. for a hands-on introduction to homemade gelato-making. For $45 per person, you’ll work in pairs to create two gelato flavors, of which you’ll each get to take home a pint. During the class, you’ll also learn about the history of gelato-making, the machinery used to produce this creamy treat and the science behind frozen desserts.
