Picture airy and crispy cauliflower bites that mimic a BBQ chip but with a healthy twist, and you’ve got cauliflower fritters. Served up with a side of spicy aioli, this small plate offering is one that few other appetizers will be able to compete with.
Mary Bigham, co-founder of PA Eats, recently sampled this spectacular appetizer and gave it rave reviews. “This is the best app I’ve had in awhile,” states Mary.
