Don’t know what to do with that no-longer-working appliance or box of old documents you no longer need? Bring them to the Electronics Recycling & Document Shred Event!
On Saturday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents and businesses may bring computers, televisions, and other small appliances—anything with a plug that you no longer want—as well as up to five boxes or bags of documents to be shredded.
This free event will take place at 401 E. Gay Street in the Municipal Building Parking Lot. For more information, contact the West Chester Public Works Department, located at 205 Lacey Street in West Chester; phone: 610-696-5282.
