First Friday Returns to Downtown West Chester, April 5

Head to downtown West Chester Friday, April 5, for First Friday! The monthly event is back in action from 5 to 9 p.m., and there’s plenty in store for shoppers and diners, with stores open late offering specials and refreshments. Here’s just a sampling of what to expect:
