“This Place Matters” Open House at the Lincoln Building

Please join the Lincoln Building of 28 W. Market Street of West Chester on Friday, June 10 between 4 to 7 p.m. for their “This Place Matters” Open House.

Hosted by the Chester County Community Foundation, The Lincoln Room and the West Chester Business Improvement District, the open house will educate locals about The Lincoln Building and its connection with Abraham Lincoln. Better yet, The Lincoln Room will provide free hot dogs and complimentary beverages for guests.

All attendees will be encouraged to tour the building and observe its many historic features. The Open House is in conjunction with This Place Matters 2011 National Challenge sponsored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, created to help communities promote and preserve the historic places that make their town special.

Guests will be provided with instructions on how to vote online for the Lincoln Building in the This Place Matters contest, to help win $25,000 for renovations. All votes must be in by June 30.  Please Vote Now!
