The Drafting Room of Exton announces their Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner, to be held on October 28 at 6:45 pm. Pairing a four-course dinner with the only Pennsylvania offering of Sierra Nevada’s Anniversary Ales, attending beer fanatics will be able to sample the following lineup on tap (which also includes rare releases, too): Chico Estate Homegrown Ale, the Northern Hemisphere, the Fritz and Ken’s Ale (Imperial Stout), the Jack and Ken’s Barleywine, Oak Aged Ale and Charlie, Fred and Ken’s Bock — all in one space, for one night!
The menu for the evening affair is as follows:
Course One: Double Smoked Scallop ‘Napoleon’, Oven Dried Cherry Tomato, Crispy Sage, Pancetta, Charred Fall Tangerine Emulsion
Course Two: Boneless Short Rib “Tasting”: ‘Pastramied’ Caraway Dijon Drizzle, Bacon Shaved Brussels Sprout Kraut; Satsuma & Tamarind Glazed, Sweet Potato Shaved Ginger Soufflé
Course Three: Brioche Chestnut & Armagnac Stuffed Quail, Coal Fired Fingerling Potato Smoked Pepper Hash, Light Pomegranate Syrup
Course Four: Steeped Belgian Chocolate Flourless Torte, Salted Hazelnut Crust, Barleywine Macerated Blackberries & Basil, and Chantilly
