Grab a full bodied Merlot to enjoy with cider braised Berkshire pork osso bucco with pumpkin grits, truffle duxelles and grain mustard jus. If you’d like to go lighter, perhaps bring a silky pinot noir to compliment the rendered organic pekin duck breast with local bartlett pear puree, crimini mushrooms and truffled chard in a syrah glaze.
