(On Gay Street between High and New Streets, in West Chester)A record-breaking 60 chili teams will compete for the grand prize of People’s Choice Award. This award is based on the public voting for the chili they love the most!! That’s why we need YOU!
Join fellow chili lovers for a perfect fall afternoon of good eating, great music and smoking-hot competition at the 5th Annual West Chester Rotary Chili Cookoff. Come early to watch all the teams cook. Each chili team will participate in a judge’s blind testing and awards will be given in each of the following divisions (chili will be released to the public at the times listed):
- Restaurants: Noon (NEW earlier release time!)
- Businesses: 1 PM
- Non-Profits and Hometown Cooks: 1:30 PM
- People’s Choice Voting Closes: 3:30 PM
- Awards Ceremony: 4 PM
RAIN or SHINE EVENT
ENTRANCE FEE: Buy a $10 All-YOU-CAN-EAT Chili Wristband at a Rotary Chili Sales Booth located on every corner on Gay Street between New Street and High Street. Cool Chili Merchandise Will Also Be For Sale.

Streets Closed for Chili Cookoff
Gay Street between High and New Streets and Church and Darlington between Chestnut and Market will all be closed from 8 AM-6 PM. Local residents will be able to use the alleys.
