The fourth Pennsylvania location of b.good has opened its doors—this time in the dining mecca of King of Prussia. The healthier fast casual eatery recently debuted in King of Prussia Town Center and is serving nutritious, tasty food and drink options including kale and grain bowls, seasonal salads, burgers and sandwiches, smoothies and more.
“We’ve sold 165,463 burgers since coming to the area two years ago,” said Deb Lutz, local owner. “And not just any burgers but house-ground Black Angus burgers from our local partner, Roseda Farm, as well as hand-packed, all-natural turkey burgers grilled on premise, hormone-free chicken and house-made, vegan veggie burgers.”
In addition to burgers, guests can select kale and grain bowls packed with ingredients like organic quinoa, marinated kale, sautéed vegetables, avocado, black beans, grilled corn, grape tomato, queso fresco, cilantro and chipotle sauce. b.good offers milkshakes made with Trickling Springs Creamery milk and ice cream from grass-fed cows and as well as freshly made smoothies. Rounding out the menu are hand-cut fries and sweet potato fries, grilled vegetables and seasonal salads.
Ninety-five percent of the menu can be made gluten-free, and many vegetarian and vegan options are available. Seasonal menu changes occur based on what’s fresh locally. The restaurants are peanut-free. Check out the full menu online.
b.good’s corporate philosophy is that that real food has the power to transform communities. To put its money where its mouth is, b.good is restoring and running an organic farm. Twenty-five percent of the harvest will go to b.good restaurants around the country and the other 75 percent will be distributed to community partners to help feed people who need affordable healthy food.
