Celebrate Local, Sustainable Cuisine at Harvest Event Benefiting Unite for HER (Oct. 27)

The annual Harvest event to benefit local breast cancer support organization Unite for HER will be filling the Phoenixville Foundry with guests on October 27.

The main event will take place from 6:30–9:30 p.m., with a VIP hour from 5:30–6:30 p.m., and will feature culinary samplings and wine, spirits and beer from more than 40 food and beverage vendors. Some of the items guests will indulge in throughout the evening will be presented by Amani’s BYOB, Baia Restaurant, Éclat Chocolate, Iron Hill Brewery Phoenixville, Manatawny Still Works, Roots Café, Wyebrook Farm and many more.

In addition to sampling stellar culinary dishes and cocktails throughout the evening, guests will be able to take part in some amazing live and silent auctions. Some of the items up for bid include the following:

  • Private dining adventure for 12 with local chefs Nick and Tom Farrell and sommelier Adam Junkins
  • One-week stay at a Spanish villa in southeastern Spain
  • Private wine tasting and vineyard tour of the Clark-Claudon Winery for four, including lunch with owners Laurie Claudon and Tom Clark
  • Marshalton Inn chef dinner with wine pairing for 10 by award-winning chef David Cox
  • Éclat Chocolate tasting for 18 with Chris Curtin and special wine pairing

Tickets for this important fundraising event are $150 for general admission and $200 for VIP admission and can be purchased online. Proceeds raised from this event will go directly to support Unite for HER, which provides support and services to those fighting breast cancer.
