Paris Bistro’s December “Eat France” Menu Features Cuisine from Languedoc

Every Wednesday at Paris Bistro and Jazz Café, patrons will have the opportunity to explore the cuisine of a particular region of France, with locales changing monthly. This month, visit Paris Bistro and start your culinary explorations of the Languedoc region.

The meal will consist of an hors d’oeuvre, entree and dessert. This month’s menu includes the following:

Hors d’Oeuvre

Croquette de Volaille aux Aubergine

chicken croquette, fried eggplant, tomato-herb sauce

Main Plates

Bar Rayé Roussillon

striped bass, garlic, chives, spinach, potato cake

Boeuf a la Gardiane

short rib with black olive, rosemary rutabaga

chocolate pudding cake with creme Chantilly
