Have you ever wanted to learn to roll your own sushi? Margaret Kuo’s Wayne location is offering a sushi-making class so you can learn from the pros! The classes will be held in Margaret Kuo’s beautiful 2nd floor Akari Room from 12:30–2:30 p.m. on Saturdays in March and April.
The class is $35 per person and includes the sushi-making lesson plus a five-course meal served with green tea. Check out the menu below:
- Edamame
- Miso soup with enoki mushroom
- Sushi roll and nigori sushi—Eat what you make!
- Chicken teriyaki
- Dessert—traditional green tea or red bean ice cream
