Some of the items that make Whole Foods’ list of healthy pantry staples include whole grains like brown rice, barley, quinoa and bulgar; nuts such as raw almonds, cashews and walnuts; and flavor boosters including canned no-salt-added diced tomatoes, low-sodium vegetable broth, Dijon mustard and unsweetened plain almond milk.
