The menu includes tasty dishes like fish ball soup with with fava bean and radish; house-cured ginger-citrus salmon with taro latke; slow-braised short rib served with Japanese purple potato, fennel, radish and star anise sauce; and Austrian lamb chop with herb and jalapeno rub, coconut polenta, asparagus and lamb jus.
