The Bistro on 10 of the Waynebrook Inn hosts their first beer dinner on Thurs., July 22 with Adamstown’s Stoudt’s Brewing Co. The four-course, beer-infused evening begins at 7 p.m., costing $40 per guest.
Sail into your multi-plate feast with a radicchio and frisee salad and a Stoudt’s Hephernreeves, and quickly tackle the horseradish BBQ shrimp with a Stoudt’s American Pale Ale. A marinated flank steak with Gorgonzola mash potatoes will soon follow as the main course, appropriately-paired with a frosty Scarlet Lady. The meal is slated to conclude with an oatmeal stout brownie sundae and a toasty Fat Dog.
